For treating providers
Know where the case stands without calling the firm.
When a firm shares a case with your office through Corro, you get a private page for that patient's case with what the firm sent you: whether the case is active, what you need to know about coverage, what the firm needs from you, and your own bills and records.
What your office sees
- Whether the case is active, as of the firm's latest update to you.
- Coverage, shown as the firm chooses to share it, so you know whether there is coverage behind the case.
- What the firm needs from your office right now, such as an updated bill or a missing record.
- Your own bills and records as the firm holds them, so you can see what reached the file.
- Attendance, if the firm shares it: whether your patient is keeping appointments, as the file records it.
- A place to ask the firm a question or reply, on the same page.
What stays with the firm
- Case strategy and the attorney's internal notes. These are not categories a firm can share, and free text is checked for strategy wording before it goes out.
- Other providers' bills and records.
- Anything the attorney has not switched on for your office.
How you get a link
- Ask the firm handling your patient's case. The attorney creates the link and chooses what it shows.
- No account, no password and no charge. The link is the key, so keep it as you would the records.
- Each link shows what the firm sent at that moment and works for 30 days. When the case moves, the firm sends you an updated link. The firm can also turn a link off at any time.
You decide what each provider sees.
Sharing in Corro is built from a list of categories you switch on, not from everything minus what you remember to hide.
Choose by category
Switch on status, coverage, requests, bills, records and attendance for each provider separately.
Preview first
See exactly what will leave the firm before you send it.
A guard on free text
Wording that looks like strategy is flagged before it goes out, and overriding the flag is logged. It is an aid, not a guarantee: read before you send.
A record of every send
Each send is kept as a snapshot, on a link that works for 30 days, with a log of what was shared and when it was opened.
Treating a patient whose firm uses Corro?
Ask the firm handling the case to share it with your office. If you have a question about a link you received, contact the firm that sent it; it controls what you see.
