Corro

Everything, on your own cases, for everyone in the firm.

$49.99per user per month

  • Includes 1,000 pages read (documents, plus Clio notes and emails at 3,000 characters a page) per user each month, shared across your firm.
  • Need more? Add 1,000 pages for $50 or 10,000 pages for $350, prepaid, only when you choose; never charged automatically. Pack pages don't expire while you subscribe, and packs are not covered by the 30-day guarantee. Without more pages, new reading resumes on your next billing date. Everything already read stays available.
  • Cory and the checker included, within a fair-use allowance per user each month; past it, Cory pauses and the checker keeps running its code-only checks.
  • Connect Clio and bring in your matters, read-only.
  • Upload a case as a zip, or create one in Corro.
  • Invite your team: owner, admins and members.
  • Share with treating providers through private links. Providers are never charged.

30-day money-back guarantee on your subscription. Within 30 days of your first payment, your firm's owner can get back everything you have paid for your subscription, from the Billing page, once per firm; the subscription ends at once. Extra page packs are not covered.

How the guarantee works

Within 30 days of your first payment, your firm's owner can get back everything you have paid for your subscription, from the Billing page, once per firm; the subscription ends at once. Extra page packs are not covered. The button is Request your refund, and it asks you to confirm first.

  • The 30 days start when Stripe records your firm's first successful payment, and last exactly 30 × 24 hours. The Billing page shows the days left and the exact end time.
  • Only the firm's owner sees the button. A confirmation step comes first.
  • It refunds everything paid for the subscription within those 30 days: the whole first payment, for every seat bought at checkout, and a renewal if one falls inside the 30 days (a short month can bring one). Seat changes not yet invoiced are cancelled, so nothing further is billed.
  • Your bank typically shows the refund within 5 to 10 business days (Stripe's stated range).
  • It applies once per firm. You can subscribe again later at the normal price, without a second guarantee.

The full rule is in the refund policy.

Pricing questions

Who counts as a user?

Every active member of your firm in Corro, the owner and admins included. An invitation counts once it is accepted. The minimum is one user. Providers you share with are not users and are never charged.

What happens when we add or remove someone?

Your number of users is updated automatically, and the difference is prorated on your next invoice.

What counts as a page?

Every page of a document Corro reads, plus Clio notes and emails at 3,000 characters a page, each counted once. Reading the same page or record again later is free, and so is the sample case. A changed file, or a new version of a record, counts as new.

What if we need more pages?

Your firm's pages are pooled: 1,000 per user each month, shared across the firm. If you need more, the owner or an admin can add 1,000 pages for $50 or 10,000 pages for $350, prepaid, only when you choose; you are never charged automatically, and packs are not covered by the 30-day guarantee. Pack pages don't expire while you subscribe. Without more pages, new reading resumes on your next billing date. Everything already read stays available.

Do we need a card to try it?

No. The sample case and the guided tour need no card. A card is asked for when the firm's owner or an admin subscribes, through Stripe Checkout.

How do we pay, and who holds the card details?

Payments go through Stripe. Your card number is entered on Stripe's page and never reaches Corro's servers.

How do we cancel?

The owner or an admin opens Billing in the app and chooses Manage billing, which opens Stripe's billing portal, where the subscription can be cancelled. Within the first 30 days after your first payment, the owner can instead take the refund described above.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

Your firm's data is yours. If you cancel or take the refund, your cases stay readable, read-only, for 30 days in case you come back; after that they are permanently deleted. The sample case stays available. An owner can also delete the firm and everything in it at any time from Settings; it is removed within 24 hours. Deletion removes data from the live system; backup copies held by our hosting provider, encrypted at rest, can outlast it, and the security page will state for how long once the launch host is chosen.
